Orders that have not yet been shipped may be eligible for cancellation.

A cancellation is confirmed only after our team communicates its acceptance.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers can request a return after delivery under our 30-day Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns are free of return shipping charges.

If your cancellation is confirmed after payment has been collected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after cancellation confirmation.

Your payment provider or bank may require additional time to make the refunded funds available.

If you need to change a product, quantity, or shipping address, contact us promptly.

Order modifications are subject to fulfillment status and product availability.

Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
