BEERIG offers free returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Free Returns
BEERIG covers the standard return shipping cost for eligible returns within the United States.

Return Eligibility
For standard returns, please ensure that:

How to Start a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved without requiring a physical return, it will be processed within 14 calendar days after approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refunded amount in your account.
Refund Amount
Approved full returns are refunded to the original payment method for the eligible product amount.
Applicable taxes are refunded as required by law.
Since BEERIG provides free standard shipping and free eligible returns, standard shipping and return shipping charges are not deducted from approved full refunds.

If you would like a different product or need a replacement, please contact our customer support team.
We will review the available options and provide appropriate instructions.
Replacement availability may depend on current inventory.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment when cancellation remains possible.
