Foundation sheets of pure beeswax, cut to fit a standard deep wired wooden frame. No plastic core and no additives, which is the reason most people choose wax: the bees take to it faster, and the comb can be cut out for comb honey or rendered back down at the end of its life.

Each sheet carries roughly 2.72 oz of wax. Wire the frame first, embed the wire into the sheet with a spur wheel or an electric embedder, and the comb will hold up to extraction.
