A stainless cutter for portioning comb honey, 2.4 by 3.5 inches. Press it through the comb and you get a clean rectangle that fits a small comb container without trimming.
Heat it in hot water between cuts. Cold steel drags the wax and leaves a ragged edge; warm steel parts it cleanly, and the difference shows in the container.
