An uncapping station built around one idea: both your hands should be free. The frame holder takes the weight and the angle, so you work the knife across the comb instead of wrestling the frame with one hand and cutting with the other.
Everything downstream of that is drainage. The base slopes to a welded honey gate, a perforated drip tray lifts out for cleaning, and the whole thing rolls on castors so it moves to the extractor rather than the frames coming to it.
