A manual uncapping knife, serrated along one edge. The serration is what lets it saw through capped wax without dragging the comb, working the blade along the frame face rather than pushing it through.
No cord and no heating element, so there is nothing to fail mid-run and nothing to overheat the honey. Dip it in hot water between frames if the wax starts to drag.
